The first base was constructed in the Flame Scar Wasteland, due to the flat ground and few existence of monsters.
However there is no resources in the region, and only a few outpost exist regardless of its large area.
People are assuming that the huge pile of rock, called ‘Flower of the death’,
will contain unmeasurable amount of resources.
